What is a Celebrant?

There are many advertisements for certified  Celebrants these days.  An Ordained Minister who has experience with ceremonies, has the training and experience necessary to preside over and create a beautiful service.  An Ordained Minister who has been educated at an accredited Spiritual College is both a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant.  Rev. Lee is a Minister ,who for fifteen years has presided over traditional, and non traditional ceremonies in the Boston area.  We have worked with several local Funeral Homes and are privileged to help honor the deceased.  The Reverend is an Ordained Ministerial Counselor with extensive experience giving counsel to the bereaved.
Do you HAVE to have a Celebrant, or a Minister facilitate a ceremony?  Absolutely not, if you or a family member feel comfortable leading prayer and putting together a ceremony, any Funeral Director will support you with that.
